RAPID REFRAIMING WORKSHOP

Many companies struggle with problem diagnosis, which comes with significant costs.

 

Part of the reason is that we tend to over-engineer the diagnostics process-but most problems are faced in daily meetings.

 

A workshop designed for staff to learn about problem reframing methods and how to apply them to workplace challenges.
